MILLIOUD-FREIBURGHAUS DUOThe violin player Vincent Millioud and the piano player Mary Freiburghaus started their musical collaboration during their studies at the jazz department of the University of the Arts of Bern. Since 2012 they perform in duo interpreting own compositions, classical music pieces and contempory jazz.
The two musician travel between written and improvised music with a particular attraction for the music of the Middle East. The Millioud-Freiburghaus duo performed at the Musée de Sion, at the Fondation Giannada and gave several concerts in Jerusalem and in Ramallah during residencies in Palestine. |
